Some time ago I was working in agencies which genuinely were trying to help people – but were often failing because of organisational problems, so I did the M.Sc in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London in the hope of finding solutions to those problems – only to discover there are no simple solutions but it started my on a journey in which I have worked within organisations and as a consultant to organisations (mostly not-for-profit) in which I have learnt a number of approaches which can help organisations to improve.
In working with organisations I can do:
Process Conultancy – general consultancy aimed at improving organisational performance – however measured.
Mediation – helping to resolve conflicts.
360 degree Feedback – facilitating all round feedback to help individuals and organisations to improve.
